What's more important, strength or cardio?

This feels like a bit of a trick question because the answer really is both.

For overall good health, it's important to include strength exercises (even if just using our own body my opinion one of the best methods) and cardiovascular exercises (but, don't think you need to run, you can get a great cardio workout from walking).
