Mat Pilates
We have groups for beginners through to advanced mat Pilates, choose a group for your experience level. Regular Pilates improves posture, balance, core strength and flexibility. Classes are small (max 12) and open to all ages. Focus on strengthening and re-engaging your abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, hips and glutes with a qualified Pilates trainer. Mobility & Flexibility
These classes focus on mobility and flexibility, drawing on a foundation of Hatha Yoga, Pilates and gymnastics. They provide a great counterpoint to resistance (weight) training and help to release tension from other forms of exercise, such as running and cycling. Assure you are moving correctly, and fix body position issues to assure your joints are protected while moving.
