Mat Pilates

We have groups for beginners through to advanced mat Pilates, choose a group for your experience level. Regular Pilates improves posture, balance, core strength and flexibility. Classes are small (max 12) and open to all ages. Focus on strengthening and re-engaging your abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, hips and glutes with a qualified Pilates trainer. Barre Workout

Barre is a fun, high-energy training class, incorporating cardio, classical dance, and Pilates movement principles. Julia's before-work, 7am class will get you up, moving and ready for the day with a smile. No previous dance experience needed, just get ready to sweat!​

Movement Therapy

Breathe-Feel-Play is the newest small-group class at The Well Studios. Lead by physiotherapist Andy Scott, the class combines muscle activation, movement therapy and breathwork with yoga, tai chi, and conditioning. Improve your functional strength and movement. Suitable for beginner to expert.
