Mat Pilates
We have groups for beginners through to advanced mat Pilates, choose a group for your experience level. Regular Pilates improves posture, balance, core strength and flexibility. Classes are small (max 12) and open to all ages. Focus on strengthening and re-engaging your abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, hips and glutes with a qualified Pilates trainer. Yoga Flow
Our yoga flow class is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. The focus of the class will be on building your strength and conditioning your body through a flowing sequence. This is a dynamic practice that will enhance your movement, flexibility and mind body connection.
A workshop on April 20th, 10-11:30am, observing our breathing habits and exploring different styles of breath and how they might serve us. Relaxation, mental focus, energy, connection with the deep core muscles; learn what works for you and what doesn’t. Sign up NOW as spaces are limited and we would love to see you there.
