Our Approach
Every programme begins with understanding how your body is functioning right now.
Through a comprehensive assessment of movement, strength, mobility, breathing and overall capacity, we identify not only the immediate issue but also the factors that may be influencing recovery and performance.
Programmes are designed to meet you where you are and progress as your body adapts, helping you move more efficiently, tolerate load more confidently and return to the activities that are important to you.
Depending on your needs, sessions may include:
-
Movement assessment
-
Strength and conditioning
-
Functional rehabilitation exercises
-
Mobility training
-
Breathing and core retraining
-
Balance and coordination work
-
Return-to-sport or return-to-activity planning
-
Education and self-management strategies
Why Work With Robin?
Robin brings over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation, strength training and movement education, supported by qualifications in Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology.
Her approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and strength development, helping clients not only recover from injury but build the confidence and capability to move well for the long term.
Exercise Rehabilitation Assessment
60 Minutes
Your initial assessment is a comprehensive one-on-one session designed to understand your history, current symptoms, movement patterns and goals.
We'll assess relevant strength, mobility and movement patterns, identify factors that may be contributing to your current challenges, and discuss a clear pathway forward.
You'll leave with practical recommendations and an initial plan, while Robin develops an individualised exercise programme tailored to your needs and goals.
Suitable for injury rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, prehabilitation, movement concerns, or anyone wanting a professional assessment before beginning a structured exercise programme.
Exercise Rehab Follow-up
45 Minutes
Exercise Rehab Follow-Up sessions are where your programme progresses.
These one-on-one sessions focus on refining movement quality, building strength and gradually increasing your capacity as recovery unfolds.
Exercises are coached and adjusted in real time based on how your body is responding, ensuring the programme remains appropriate, effective and aligned with your goals.
Whether you're recovering from surgery, returning from injury or working toward a specific activity, these sessions provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
Most clients attend a series of follow-up sessions, with frequency determined by individual needs and goals.

Hi, my name is Marie and I have been a member at The Well since 2022.
During this time I have been diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease. This diagnosis gave me the answer to many questions I had, especially why I was having difficulty remembering the programmes Jen had put together for me.
Exercise is a very important tool in slowing down Parkinsons so needless to say, I was devastated when I felt I wasn't able to complete my programme as I should, in order to gain the most benefit.
The Biocircuit has been a great tool for remembering what machine to go onto next. I no longer have to try and remember what order to complete the machines in and what weight I should be working on. The prompt screen giving the number of the next machine to use and picture showing me how to use it has made what used to be confusing, so much easier for me!
I would definitely recommend anyone with memory concerns to consider using the Biocircuit.

Monica, 50s, Everyday Fit
Jen was the first gym-type person who made me stand and assessed me without weights and things. She just looked at my form. And that was the first time I'd heard that word - form.
Mandy, 40s, Everyday Fit
Mandy wanted a quieter gym to focus on her programme. Hear how she’s been surprised by her own strength.
Eline, Trail Runner
A trail runner in her 40s, Eline joined the gym to build strength and avoid injury. Listen to Eline's thoughts about the gym.

You’ll meet with one of our qualified personal trainers for around 15 minutes. They’ll answer your questions, discuss your training needs, and show you the ins and outs of our Boutique Gym, Biocircuit AI Training Equipment, Body Therapy Wellness Spaces, and introduce the Technogym Checkup technology.
