Determining best pelvis positioning when standing
Where your pelvis sits in space (your posture) is very important for your pelvic floor health and strength! The pelvic floor is just one part of the core, with the other 3 main parts of the system being your multifidus, transverse abdominus and diaphragm (We will dig into these more in coming weeks).
