Train Like an Athlete
Adopting an "athlete mindset" isn't about elite competition; it’s about commitment. While exercise boosts energy and health, consistency is the real win. Keep these two rules in mind:
Move On: If life gets in the way, don't "make up" for a missed session. Just focus on making your next workout great.
The 10-Minute Rule: Always start. If you’re still drained after 10 minutes, head home and recover. Often, the movement is exactly the spark you need.

What’s Your Real "Why"?
Stop training for the scale and start training for your future. Discover why shifting your focus to healthspan, bone density, and sleep changes everything.

The pelvic floor is just one part of the core, with the other 3 main parts of the system being your multifidus, transverse abdominus and diaphragm (We will dig into these more in coming weeks). Proper posture helps with keeping all parts of this system working well, without any tightness or compensations developing. A forward sitting pelvis like Alaina is demonstrating
