Kate has a keen interest in treating babies, children, and pregnant women. Kate is passionate about seeing children bounce back from traumatic birth, playground injuries or childhood illnesses and develop into healthy young adults. Her care for pregnant women can help provide welcome relief as the mother’s body and posture continually compensates and responds to the baby’s growth.

She holds Bachelor degrees in Applied Science (Complementary Medicine) and Applied Science (Human Movement), and a Masters of Osteopathy. She has practiced Osteopathy in Australia, Canada, and is registered with the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand, Osteopaths New Zealand, and is an ACC registered provider.

Craig began his healthcare journey in 2015, leaving a decade-long engineering career to follow his passion for hands-on therapy after a martial arts injury highlighted its transformative power. In 2017, Craig qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist in the UK, starting a mobile service from a Smart Car. Inspired by an osteopathic approach, Craig pursued further training, earning a Bachelor's in Musculoskeletal Health in 2023 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy in 2024 from Te Pūkenga, New Zealand.

Craig's proactive "treat as you assess" style blends his problem-solving skills with expertise in osteopathy, engineering, and massage therapy. He specializes in geriatric health, chronic sports injuries, and low back pain. Outside work, Craig enjoys skateboarding, bouldering, hiking, martial arts, animal flow, and board games.
