Kim is a mover and shaker who’s been dancing ever since she can remember! Raised in LA, she’s also lived in New York City, a small island in the Caribbean and nomadically in Europe as a Pilates instructor and holistic health coach. Kim moved to New Zealand 5 years ago after marrying her kiwi hubby.
After holistically healing from years of battling colitis in her teens, she pursued her love of movement and earned a BFA in dance in Seattle, then started a dance company in New York, and became certified to teach Pilates in 2009 by the Kane School of Core Integration.
In 2016, she was selected to be a Master Instructor with Balanced Body Education to train new teachers worldwide in functional anatomy and the full Pilates apparatus and functional. In 2017, Kim did her yoga teacher training with Embodied Flow in Auckland.

Alaina is a qualified personal trainer and registered clinical nutritionist and she believes that exercise is one of the best things you can do for your body!
She loves supporting her clients to achieve their health goals through both fitness and nutrition. She designs her programs around helping each person exercise and eat in a way that compliments their daily life. Her own passions are for the outdoors, particularly mountain biking, rock climbing and hiking and anything that makes exercise fun!
