Mat Pilates Level 1
If you are new to Pilates, or unsure, then choose Level 1 Sessions. Regular Pilates will improve your posture, balance, core strength and flexibility. Classes are small (maximum 12 participants), welcoming, and open to all ages. Focus on strengthening and re-engaging your abdominals, lower back, pelvic floor, hips and glutes with a qualified Pilates trainer. See Class Schedule. Pilates Video.
Mat Pilates Level 2
This Pilates class is for those who are comfortable practicing Pilates to improve their posture, balance, core strength and flexibility. Classes are small (max 12), welcoming, and open to all ages who have experience. Build strength, tone and flexibility at a safe, guided pace. Your trainer will know when and how to extend you for maximum benefit. See Class Schedule
Breathe-Feel-Play is the newest small-group class at The Well Studios. Lead by physiotherapist Andy Scott, the class combines muscle activation, movement therapy and breathwork with yoga, tai chi, and conditioning. Improve your functional strength and movement. Suitable for beginner to expert.
