We need to change the narrative about why we go to the gym. It's a common belief that one goes to or joins a gym primarily to lose weight.

But, there are so many more reasons one goes to the gym & showing up to the gym on a regular basis gifts you a multitude of benefits...

  • Endorphins, the feel good hormones, who doesn't want more of those!

  • Injury reduction, especially as we age, those small injuries that just wouldn't have happened in our younger years.

  • Strong muscles, to stay independent & capable.

  • Bone density with the correct protocol.

  • Better sleep, yes please!

  • Social connection, seeing others also getting and keeping fit is motivating.

Let's change the narrative about going to the gym from weight loss to showing up for our 'healthspan' & greater quality of life! Be curious about what is your 'why' for showing up or for signing up.
