A new workshop series is coming and is designed to help you build strength from the inside out. Each session focuses on a key foundation of movement: the core (stacking and breath), the upper body (stabilising the shoulder from the hand), and the lower body (building force from the feet). You’re welcome to join any workshop as a standalone experience, but together they form a progressive pathway. We will layer awareness, tension, and coordination so your body can transfer load more efficiently, move with greater ease, and feel more supported from the ground up.

Robin is enthusiastic to help as many people understand where healthy, strong, and pain-free core function comes from.
